Elizabeth “Libby” Horbaly is a Wealth Manager for Marotta Wealth Management.

She graduated from Virginia Tech Summa Cum Laude and holds an Honors Scholar B.S. in Business with a concentration in Financial Planning. She also has a Minor in Psychology. During her time at Virginia Tech, Libby was an active member in the Virginia Tech collegiate chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) where she attended a national FPA conference.

Libby joined the firm in 2019.

She currently lives in Pace, Florida with her husband and their daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sailing, and spending time with her family.
